Warts and All Lotion

This lotion is currently under trial with a range of equine and human clients it is having really positive results.

Five years of personal extensive research in to sarcoids still leaves me with lots of unanswered questions following the unsuccessful treatment of a client’s horse.

I completely agree with Professor Derek Knottenbelt s research and his comments in University of Liverpool Veterinary Equine Hospital newsletter…

“I see many cases where owners have tried alternative off-the-shelf solutions which often result in failures that are accompanied by deterioration, both clinically and prognostically. No treatment can boast 100% success and whilst we recognise that a few cases (0.8% in UK) will spontaneously resolve, it’s impossible to be sure which these are. Similarly every treatment has its failures – these are the problems, not the successes. Cancer treatment in all species is fraught with hazard and this is no different! The problem is that the disease has been belittled for many years and that has left a perception problem in owners. They are not warts – they are cancer!”

Speaking with other veterinarians and horse owners who have had horses undergo sarcoid treatment the successes have involved a swift and intensive response with cryo or laser surgery or veterinary treatment in the very early stages with cytotoxic cream.

However recent research in to the use of mistletoe extract injected at the site is interesting reading and I am exploring this within my product as a topical application along with a combination of other essential oils and herbal tinctures known for their anti-viral body immune supporting properties on the range of sarcoid and wart forms afflicting the horse to ascertain as a product if it has any effective applications so watch this space.
